After a rocky start, Schitt’s Creek has it a groove in the middle of season 1, offering some good and bad humor, awkward situations, a few love interests, rudeness and kindness, and a few small nuggets of heartwarming moments. The four central characters are still getting their bearings in a new town and a new income class, and are not always friendly, nice or likeable, but each of them has shown flashes of humanity. Our favorites include Johnny and Moira’s love for each other, David’s awkward friendship with Stevie, and we are still waiting for Alexis to offer her best.
